  Life is short and it
runs only one time

(the little time we have, we need to make good use of)

Life is short and unique, and nothing can be retrieved. We should use our time consistently, but also leave time for rest and reconciliation.

A simple example: You sit down every day 2 to 3 hours in front of the television set (which is statistically not unlikely). Assuming that you can use a maximum of perhaps 16 hours a day, besides the necessary sleep, this means that you throw away 15 % your life. Well, although you often see a "perfect world" or exciting news from around the world, let's face it, the life is simply put away doing nothing, maybe 10 years of your precious life thrown away so easily. Interesting here, too, the title of the computer game "Second Life. Some people spend so much time playing these games that they lose their "First Life".

Ways to have more time:

Past and future are not worth thinking about - because they do not exist and thus steal only time (see to reduce worry)

To create order/organize. All you can throw away - immediately consistently throw away, otherwise it takes time again in the future. Unimportant things with low use or perhaps later benefit keep out of your eyes. Create filing systems.

- What you can do immediately, immediately do. Clear your desk of everything unimportant.

- Watch as little television as possible (time extermination machine, which, however, has a calming effect on the population because it is busy and is lulled to sleep), also lose no time playing computer games or surfing the Internet, novels, and similar waste.

To not continually making things, of course, having change in doing tasks is important, tasks should change, sometimes difficult, sometimes easy, etc. and very rarely, perhaps even time to relax in front of the TV, but also the variation in the tasks may be sufficient especially if you do what you love and if it makes happy.

Time-efficient work through meaningful work organization:

1. The dearest friend at work is the Recycle Bin. Because everything that we keep longer than necessary has two consequences:

a.) we need to re-work through it (ie at least double time)

b) by the quantity of documents on the table, we need to devote more time to search.

Therefore, throw away everything a.) that is waste with no important details (eg advertising)

b.) that is finished and can be removed (from a legal perspective), such as payed reminders

c.) that is available through the Internet or colleague information and therfore easily replaceable as collections of laws (common law are all currently available on the Internet) and in part it is enough information stored on your PC and manage there (but intelligent file storage, so you do not have to search a long there! )

2. Clear your desk of all papers that do not belong directly to your current work (the only draw down, or even disturb)

3. Do things in order of their importance.

4. If you have a problem, solve it immediately, if you have the information necessary for decision (not work with it for a second time).

5. Deal with unpleasant tasks consistently and on schedule, it will liberate you doing this, overcome the inner temptation. But to work not on these tasks will bother your conscience, steal your time and make you less work.

6. Learn to organize, delegate and supervise.
