You also want to be successful, happy and make best use of your life?

Easier said than done. On the following pages you will find tips and strategies that enable progress towards these challenging targets. This includes basically "how to change things", the definition of key objectives and core ideas, and to use bases for the main aims / key ideas: short life, do what you love to be happy and be successful, clear ideas and goals to plan, act consistently, self-confidence, social acceptance, happiness and serenity (no worries and fears), to develop yourself and keep your health. 1. How do you change things?
or "I read many good things, but it changes nothing with me"

Basically, you must be prepared to implement meaningful recognized (act), proudly accept as well that these changes usually are not immediately feasible, but only to the one that deals and has the objectives always in mind (repeat until the command accepts change is through the subconscious).
These points are very important because it changes so often fail. For one, human is comfortable and leaves reluctantly entrenched structures and practices and, secondly, human is shaped socially and genetically in what he does.

2. Definition of key objectives and core ideas

- It is only successful and happy by doing what you love
- Formulate clear objectives and goals
- Will to act (without acting no change)
- Stand up for yourself and your own goals and desires (self-consciousness, not to act for the expectations of others)
- win social recognition (who is unpopular, is in action slower and mentally weaker)
- increase happiness and serenity / reduce concerns and fears
- Receive health
- Develop and work on yourself (to succeed, work for it, not attempt to keep old behaviours)

For some, the sub-goals may have a higher meaning in life. So I think the goal "creating order - in order to save time and work more successfully is a sub-goal for the core idea of" life is short ".
