Plan clear goalsIn order to be able to act confidently, you need goals. Here you can distinguish between important and unimportant targets, pushing forward or pushing back aims, short, medium and long term aims, main and secondary targets and much more. Goals then break up into individual tasks or other targets. Perhaps you should first have a brainstorming session, which will ping all for goals and tasks through the head. You can then use it to build a mind map that structures the goals and is in various levels. So you can also succeed big, at first seemingly impossible goals, split into steps or sub-tasks and so the big task can also be done. All goals are possible, as long as one believes in them, and preliminary work on them. (the self-fulfilling prophecy). If one believes, one can't do it, then one is also striving unconsciously to that and does not come forward. Aims should be clearly planned and then be consistently implemented (act consistent). For the best targets are useless if you can't realize them. You should check your "huge" and
long-term goals always at certain time intervals and
evolve them. Good is also a certain "think from a
mountain." In your mind you sit on a high mountain
and look from a distance on your own life. Where am I now,
where will I go, what draws me away from that, etc. From the great plans you have to make small plans. At the end, are daily schedules. Tasks are processed piece by piece. Give goals different priority. Important goals work first work off, aims brining you forward or make new contacts and open up other routes. Do not get bogged down into goals. Give daily tasks a sequence (the most important first) and set times in order to achieve small goals (motivation), fit the times are not too tight and also phases of relaxation and diversion. The tasks which someone else can do better and easier, if possible, should be delegated. Sometimes you can use here in a mutual exchange your network of relationships.
