Health Health is a valuable asset. It is
important to be happy and to be able to be successful.
Sometimes health and success depend on each other.
I will here only
briefly comment on some things and then prefer to refer to
medical specialist literature, instead of giving medical advise.
Tips for
maintaining good health
- Regular and
adequate sleep
- Avoidance of stress
- Change of tension and
relaxation in everyday life
- Strengthen the immune
system
- Regularly be in the fresh
air, air rooms regularly
- Enjoy and use daylight
- Avoid to contaminate your own body (alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, exhaust
fumes)
- Check your health now and then by a doctor
- Go early enough to the doctor or
pharmacist
- Slow down in case of sickness in
order to heal faster
- Maintain an intact circle of
friends and relationships
